1. Have you ever tried going on a diet? How successful were you?
I went on a diet when I was in university and I lost 7kg in about a year.
2. What do you think is the most difficult thing about dieting?
I think diet isn't difficult. But keeping weight balanced is the most difficult.
3. Do you pay a lot of attention to what you eat? Why? Why not?
Yes I do. I will try to not over eat and I make an effort to keep fit for me and family. Itโs important for a healthier lifestyle
4. Which do you think is more important if you want to lose weight, eating healthy or exercising? Why?
I think eating healthy is more important. But both food and exercise are important if you want to be slim and healthy. It's good if you don't over eat and move around a lot.
5. Why is it important to lead a healthy lifestyle?
If you have a daily routine, you can be healthy and live happier life.
